Founded in 1998, Kristi Severn Interiors has spent more than twenty-five years earning a reputation for high-end residential design across North Texas. What began as a talent-driven practice has grown into a studio defined by intention, craftsmanship, and an uncompromising standard for quality — serving clients from the communities of Rockwall and Heath to the heart of Dallas. Our clients trust us with more than their primary residences — we've carried that relationship into their second homes as well, from a mountain home in Carbondale, Colorado to lake houses on Lake Travis and Cypress Springs.

Kristi Severn is a self-made designer who founded Kristi Severn Interiors in 1998 and, over more than two decades, built it into one of the most respected residential design practices in the region. Her work blends traditional and modern sensibilities into spaces that feel both timeless and deeply personal, designed for the upper tier of the luxury residential market. Grounded in faith and family, Kristi designs with a belief that a home should be a true reflection of the people who live in it. Clients return to her and refer her for the rare combination of exceptional taste and genuine care that has defined her practice from the beginning.

Gracie Severn grew up immersed in the world of interior design and joined the studio after earning her degree in Interior Design from Wade College, where she graduated as Salutatorian and received the Outstanding Portfolio Achievement award. Her education, completed while working in the field by day, grounds her in sustainable materials, investment-minded design strategy, project management, and digital rendering, while her fluency across fashion, art, and culture shapes a distinctive, forward-looking point of view. Leading the studio's Dallas practice, Gracie pairs rigorous process with a bold, intentional aesthetic, guided by the belief that interiors and fashion are inherently symbiotic, and that the way a home makes you feel matters as much as the way it looks.
